摘要

研制一套液压机构滤油装置

该装置可实现断路器在发生机构打压频繁缺陷时不停电处理应急消缺。该装置体型小巧、接线简单

电源采用单相交流220 V

油泵电机具备过流过热保护功能。大量变电站现场实践验证了该装置的可行性

可大幅提高液压机构断路器检修效率与供电可靠性。

Abstract

This paper designs a set of oil filter device of hydraulic mechanism

which can realize the emergency elimination of circuit breaker without power supply when frequent defects occur in the mechanism. The device is compact with simple wiring and light weight.The power supply adopts single-phase AC 220 V

and the oil pump motor has the function of over-current and over-heat protection. The feasibility of the device is verified by a large number of practical experience in substations

which greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of hydraulic circuit breakers and reliability of power supply.
