摘要

针对某调速器产品运行中的问题

分析高速开关阀发卡事件的逻辑

列举了调速器液压控制回路逻辑风险

提出逻辑优化措施

对回路进行机械逻辑闭锁

防止压力油直通回油箱

提高了调速器的运行可靠性。

Abstract

In view of the problems in the operation of a speed governor

the logic of high-speed switch valve jam is analyzed

and the logic risk of governor hydraulic control circuit is enumerated. The logic optimization measures are put forward and the mechanical logic of the circuit is blocked to prevent the pressure oil from returning directly to the oil tank

which improves the operation reliability of the speed governor.
