摘要

对传统尿素热解技术存在的问题进行分析

提出一种尿素热解节能新技术。该尿素热解节能新技术在某330 MW机组得到应用

研制了可替代电加热装置的尿素热解节能装置

实现尿素热解制氨

系统的安全性得到显著提高。

Abstract

The problems existing in the traditional urea pyrolysis technology are analyzed and a new energy saving technology for urea pyrolysis is proposed. The new energy saving technology of urea pyrolysis has been applied to a 330 MW unit

and an energy saving device of urea pyrolysis that can replace electric heating device has been developed.The security of the system has been significantly improved.
