摘要

本文对长沙电网110 kV输变电工程可行性研究报告评审工作中发现的常见问题进行了总结分析

并提出了相关对策

旨在对输变电工程项目可研质量的把控和提升提供指导

保障电网投资的精准性、经济性与合理性。

Abstract

This paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems found in the review of the feasibility study report of 110 kV transmission and transformation project in Changsha power grid

and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for the quality control and promotion of transmission and transformation projects

and to guarantee the accuracy

economy and rationality of grid investment.
