摘要

某水电厂机组在AGC运行模式下考核扣罚电量较多

而实际补偿电量偏少。通过对整个调节过程进行分析

找到了引起调节速度较慢的原因并进行了优化处理

使调节速度得到提高

解决了电厂严重的AGC考核问题

通过辅助服务在电厂运行获取增值电量

为两项细则AGC考核、补偿算法的完善提供了依据。

Abstract

In the AGC operation mode

the unit of acertain hydropower plant has a large amount of deducted and penalized electricity

while the actual compensated electricity is less

mainly because the adjustment speed does not meet the requirements. Through the analysis of the whole regulation process

the causes of the slow regulation speed are found and the problem is optimized

the regulation speed is improved

and the serious problem of AGC examination in power plant is solved.The value-added electricity is obtained through auxiliary service in power plant operation. It provides a basis for the improvement of two rules AGC assessment and compensation algorithms..
