摘要

基于湖南省的日用电量数据

通过对比2018、2019年不同行业用电数据的变化规律

得出行业停复工时间的一般判断

并结合居民生活用电的变化规律

对结论进行交叉验证。结果表明

虽然目前经济下行压力较大

个别企业受天气、厂址搬迁等因素的影响

用电复苏较慢

但绝大部分行业用电复苏形势均表现良好

与2018年基本一致。

Abstract

Based on the daily electricity consumption data of Hunan Province

this paper compares the changes of electricity consumption data of different industries during the Spring Festival in 2018 and 2019

in order to find out the difference of vacation arrangements of those important industries in recent two years and judge the economy status. The results show that although the downward economy pressure does exist

however

most of the industries have experienced good recovery in electricity consumption

which is basically consistent with 2018

despite some enterprises which are affected by factors such as weather and site relocation.
