摘要

针对两起主变压器排油注氮消防装置内检修阀漏油故障

通过反射红外光谱分析、热失重分析以及与矿物绝缘油的相容性测定

对检修阀的橡胶密封垫开展有效检测

查明故障并提出建议。

Abstract

Aiming at two oil leaking failures of the maintenance valve in fire prevention cabinet of transformer oil evacuation and nitrogen injection extinguishing equipment

this paper effectively analyzes the sealing gasket of maintenance valve by means of ATR-FTIR spectroscopy

thermogravimetry analysis and compatibility test with mineral insulating oil

Carries out effective test on rubber sealing gasket of maintenance valve

finds out the cause of failure and put forward suggestions.
