摘要

通过裂纹宏观形貌、显微组织等分析

研究了660 MW超超临界机组锅炉用集箱大面积管座制造焊缝裂纹原因。结果表明

焊接热输入量大、未进行焊前预热及焊后立即热处理

造成焊缝淬硬性组织及网状组织晶界弱化

在焊接拘束应力、焊接残余应力及高温热处理等作用下产生焊接裂纹。焊接工艺不当是造成焊接裂纹的主要原因。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the macro-morphology and microstructure of the cracks

the cause of the large area welding crack in the pipe base of the boiler header for 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit is studied. The results show that the welding heat input is large

the weld hardenability and reticular structure are weakened without preheating before welding and heat treatment immediately after welding

and the welding crack is produced under the action of welding restraint stress

welding residual stress and high temperature heat treatment.Improper welding technology is the main cause of welding crack.
