In order to master the measurement accuracy of the charge coupled device(CCD) pendulum coordinometerin the deformation observation of concrete dams
it is necessary to carry out on-site testing work on it regularly. However
the existing testing methods often result in non-objective results due to the influence of errors.Analysis suggests that due to factors such as the model differences of pendulum coordinometer and the characteristics of measurement point layout in engineering practice
on-site testing work faces problems such as limited operating space and difficulties in fixing testing devices.Based on the commonly used testing methods at present
it summarizes and generalizes three sources of measurement errors. The analysis shows that although the error caused by the stability of the device cannot be quantitatively characterized
it is still a major influencing factor of measurement errors. It solves the improvement of positioning accuracy and precision by improving the testing device. To enhance the testing accuracy
it applies the methods of telescopic fixation
laser calibration and stable pendulum to the testing device to eliminate three sources of error
with the aim of providing technical route support for the realization of a universal CCD pendulum coordinometer measuring machine on-site testing device.
