Geo-mechanical parameters have structural and stochastic properties on spatial variability
which causes the uncertainty of geo-mechanical parameters. The Kriging method and variant function are used for analyzing the spatial variability of geo-mechanical parameters of rock and soil. Theoretical model of variant function is employed as the mathematical model for depicting the spatial variability law of geo-mechanical parameters. Demonstrated by example
the Kriging method for parameter estimation is revealed the filtration effect and agglomeration effect. The different weight coefficients can effectively provide the variability estimation of geo-mechanical parameters.
