The depth of overburden layer is large in dam site of Suwalong Water Power Station

and its components are complex

which cause many difficulties to obtain the undisturbed specimen from every layer respectively. Combined with the test results outside

the test results from the lower buried layer from which the undisturbed specimen is easily obtained are analyzed. It is found that the overburden layer does not exist sand liquefaction. The result can be referred to similar engineering。
