摘要

预应力锚索格构复合结构广泛应用于边坡防护及滑坡治理中。但其设计计算理论还有许多问题需要进一步深入研究。因此，开展该复合结构的模型试验非常必要。针对锚索的锚固方向，模型试验需要对格构节点斜向施力，斜向加载系统设计成为该试验成败的关键环节。在分析现有实验条件的基础上，针对预应力锚索格构梁的受力特点，对预应力锚索格构复合结构模型试验的加载系统进行了设计。该设计包括加载千斤顶可转动底座的设计、斜向反力网架设计计算等。巧妙地解决了加载方向与边坡夹角需要灵活变化的关键技术问题以及千斤顶位置随意移动问题。这对于有相同技术要求的其他工程无疑具有借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract

The multiple structure of prestressed anchor-cable frame is widely used in slope defend and landslide control. But its designing theory is far from perfection. So model test is very necessary. From the base point of anchored direction

model test needs a loading system agley. Sideling loading system design is one key tache for completing the test. By analysing the existing equipment and the characteristic of prestressed anchor-cable frame structure

a loading system is designed

including designing a rotational base for jack on

calculating for grid frame etc. The key technical issue of load direction rotational and load site shift flexible is solved. All these will have some meanings of referential guidance for others.
