点荷载试验是测试岩石强度值的一种试验

与试验机法相比点荷载法具有简便、经济的特点

但受诸多因素的限制和影响

用此法测试的试验结果精度不高

笔者通过几个方面的讨论来阐述其适用性。

Point load test is one of the tests for measuring the strengths of rocks. Compared with the test machine method

it is more economical and simpler; but

due to the I imitations of many practical factors

its exparimental result is not higher in accuracy. Therefor

its adaptability is discussed from several aspects.
