which is based on the double porosity concept and takes into account pore deformation
has been presented to derive a set of coupled differential equation governing behaviour of porous fissured media. The finite element technique and code has been employed as the numerical methods for the solution of these equations by using of Galerkin finite element methods. Relations relating to rock classification rating RQD and RMR are developed to define changes in effective porosity and permeability that result from the redistribution of strains in disturbed rock mass. At last
an applied example is presented; the results are compared with ones of previous works.
