On the basis of improving the limit equilibrium method of rigid body

the most dangerous sliding-block combination of rock slope is studied by enlightening search of information with precedence of tree-like structure depth. The global slope safety factor against sliding can be obtained using the proposed method. The method has been implemented in a computer software and the rock slope of Xiao wan arch dam abutment has been studied.
