摘要

对运输服务招标项目，采用蒙特卡洛模拟方法进行多方竞标模拟．模拟考虑了不同竞标者的成本分布和报价分布模型，通过运行自编的模拟程序，得到不同投标额的利润分布、中标概率及相应的最优投标报价值，为企业投标决策提供了依据．

Abstract

With regard to all invitation for public transport of bidding project，Monte Carlo simulation is conducted to in a multi—competitor bid．Probability distributions of cost and quoted price for all competitors are used in the sireu|ation．The profit distribution，wining probability and the optimum bid ale obtained via the simulation software encoded by the writer to assist bid decision—making．
