有利于光电池能量转换效率的提高.探讨了高电导率PEDOT的厚度与器件性能之间的相关性

Abstract

In the fabrication process of polymer photovoltaic cells

the PEDOT was mostly used as buffer layer on the anode in order to reduce the leakage and enhance the correction efficiency.The influence of PEDOT with different conductivity on the PVC device performance was investigated.The result shows the improvement of energy transfer efficiency owing to the anode composed of ITO and PEDOT with highly conductivity.Furthermore
