提出了基于惯性矩的图像融合的新方法

分析了该方法的可行性

The relationship between image clarity and texture inertia is discussed in the article.Based on inertia quadrature

a new image-fusion method is introduced.The method’s feasibility is analyzed

and its efficiency is also proved by practical uses.
