考虑合环电流约束的新型配电网负荷均衡分布鲁棒优化
摘要
针对分布式光伏出力的不确定性对新型配电网合环运行产生的影响,文中提出了一种考虑合环电流约束的新型配电网负荷均衡分布鲁棒优化模型。考虑新型配电网合环电流的稳态约束和暂态约束,建立了新型配电网负荷均衡优化模型。在此基础上,采用K-means聚类对分布式光伏出力历史数据进行聚类,得到具有代表性的典型场景,同时考虑1-范数和∞-范数对置信区间的约束,建立考虑合环电流约束的新型配电网负荷均衡分布鲁棒优化模型。 最后采用列与约束生成( column and constraint generation
CCG)算法对模型进行求解,在改进的IEEE-99节点上进行算例分析,验证了文中所提模型的有效性。
Abstract
In view of the influence of the uncertainty of distributed PV(photovoltaic) output on the loop closing operation of new distribution network
a distributionally robust optimization model of load balancing in new distribution network considering loop closing current constraints is proposed. Firstly
considering the steady-state constraint and transient constraints of the loop closing current of new distribution network
the optimal operation model of load balancing of new distribution network is established. On this basis
K-means clustering is used to cluster the historical data of distributed PV output
and a representative typical scenario is obtained. Then
the constraints of 1-norm and ∞-norm on confidence interval are considered at the same time
and a distributionally robust optimization model of load balancing in new distribution network considering loop closing current constraints is established. Finally
the column and constraint generation (CCG) algorithm is used to solve the model
and an example is analyzed on the improved IEEE-99 node to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
