摘要

为了验证瀑布沟水电站水轮机模型的水力性能

进行了模型验收试验。其内容包括仪器仪表率定、效率试验、出力试验、空化试验、流态观测、装置空化及变空化下的压力脉动试验、补气试验、轴向水推力、蜗壳压差、飞逸特性等试验。验收结果表明:模型水轮机性能及换算到原型的水轮机性能满足合同要求。

Abstract

In order to verify the hydraulic characteristics of the turbine model for Pubugou Hydropower Station

the acceptable model test is made. The test involves the instrument and meter calibrating

the efficiency test

the output test

the cavitation test

the flow condition survey

the water pressure fluctuation test

the air admission test

the axial push test

the spiral case pressure difference test and the runaway behavior test. The conclusion of the acceptance test is that both the behaviors of the model turbine and the converted to the real turbine accord with the contract demands.
