摘要

从解决管屏集箱水压试验时要留水压余量、工序繁多、加工效率低入手

改进了水压试验工艺

设计出了外压紧式水压试验工装

使管屏小集箱水压试验时可不预留水压余量

对接坡口可直接加工到图纸尺寸

简化工序

提高工作效率

降低成本。经实践证明

值得推广

供同行借鉴参考。

Abstract

A new technology in hydraulic pressure was introduced

which tell how to design the clamping of the hydraulic test moulds from outside to improve the technology of the hydraulic test and working efficiency

and reduce the working process.Then it is not necessary to remain the hydraulic pressure margin during the hydraulic test of water-wall of the header. The butt groove should be machined directly according to the size of the drawings to simplify the working process and reduce the costs. The technology was proved by practices and deserved to popularize for academic reference.
