摘要

近30多a来

链条炉排锅炉在国内工业锅炉产品中一直处于主导地位

而合理的炉拱结构对于保证锅炉可靠高效燃烧具有极其重要的作用。因此

针对目前国内工业锅炉用煤的现状

提出了一种通过对燃煤的燃烧特性的判定来确定炉拱结构布置的个性化炉拱设计方法

供广大工业锅炉生产厂家和锅炉用户在炉拱设计和改造时参考。

Abstract

Chain grate boilers are mainly applied in the industrial boilers in China during the recent 30 years

and in the meantime the rational furnace arch configurations play an important role in ensuring the boilers combustion reliably and efficiently. Therefore

in accordance with the present situation of the coal used in the industrial boilers in our country

a special furnace arch design method isoffered in thispaper

which ascertainsthe furnace arch configuration through the coal combustion characteristic analysisso that the boilermanufacturersand usersmayreferwhile theydesign and retrofit furnace arch.
