制定了详细的行车盘车及后备方案
确保了机组安全。通过对故障原因的进一步排查
找到了盘车卡死的根本原因
消除了事故隐患。
In the process of unit shutdown
because the turning gear cannot be turned into and it cannot be repaired in short time
the manual turning gear is invalid
in cases of these
to enable the unit be shutdown safety
and prevent the turbine large shaft bending accident effectively
detail turning gear and backup plan are maked in this paper
it is ensure safety of unit. Through further investigation on the cause of failure
it had found the root cause of the turning gear; it is eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents.
