摘要

根据电动汽车的核心部分动力电池组

建立相关的动力电池放电性能测试

并针对其动力电池结构特点和工作原理进行了一系列实验。提出一种极化电流的剩余容量放电计算方法

检测到的曲线与实际测量的曲线极其相近

对不同厂家的新、旧电池进行测试

验证了该方法的有效性、可行性

为往后建立完整电动汽车的性能测试和循环利用提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract

Test for measuring the discharge performance of power batteries is established according to the power batteries used in electric vehicles. And a series of experiments are conducted to study the structure and principle of power batteries. A method for measuring the residual capacity of polarization current is reported. The performance curve calculated from this method is similar to the actual testing curve. Tests of several new and used batteries proved that this method is reliable

and it can provide reference to establishing performance test of electric vehicles and power batteries recycling
