应用ANSYS有限元分析软件
进行其结构设计分析、受力分析与计算
建立了顶盖的结构三维模型
施加受力后
进行了顶盖的应力与应变等计算。从计算结果可知
其结构设计可靠
能充分保证整个水轮机的可靠性和寿命。
To cover for the francis turbine study
application of ANSYS finite element analysis software
structure design and analysis
force analysis and calculation were carried out
a three-dimensional model structure of top cover was established
the stress and strain were calculated after imposed by force. The calculation results show the structural design is reliable
and can fully guarantee the reliability and life of the turbine.
