摘要

江西作为能源资源禀赋不足的省份

如何有效解决好能源供应保障问题

缓解长期困扰经济和社会发展的瓶颈制约是关系"十二五"时期我省社会经济发展大局的重大问题。在客观分析江西能源资源及目前利用现状和我省今后一段时期面临的能源发展形势的基础上

提出了"十二五"时期能源发展的战略思路、发展重点和保障全省能源安全和供应的政策建议。

Abstract

As a province with insufficient energy resources

Jiangxi is always beset by the imbalance between energy supply and demand

a bottleneck for its economic and social development for a long time. It’s important

therefore

to ensure energy supply

an issue counting for the overall development of Jiangxi during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period. Through analyzing the overall condition of energy resources in Jiangxi

the current status of use of these resources

and the challenge of energy development for Jiangxi in the future

the article predicts energy demand for Jiangxi during the 12th Five-Year Plan period

offers an analysis of energy supply and demand balance

and proposes the strategy and focus of energy development

and the ways of ensuring energy safety and supply in Jiangxi.
