摘要

针对某双管板式换热器管束在使用过程中发生泄漏的问题

在强度校核合格的基础上

对管板的材料、管子和管板的连接结构以及制造工艺进行了分析

明确了管束产生泄漏的原因

提出了相应的改进措施

在后来的使用过程中未发生泄漏

效果良好。

Abstract

For the leakage cause of the tube bundles of a double-tube sheet heat exchanger in the process of using

the material of the tube sheet

the joint structure of the tube and the tube sheet and the manufacturing process were analyzed on the basis of the eligible strengthen check. The reason for the leak of the tube bundles was clarified. There were good effects and no leakage during the operation with the necessary improvement measures.
