摘要

水功能区水资源质量是水资源开发利用、功能区排污总量控制及水污染防治的重要依据

及时客观地掌握水功能区水资源质量状况和相应的水污染物入河现状

是水功能区管理和入河排污口监督管理的需要

也是水资源开发利用和保护的需要。

Abstract

The water quality of the functional areas is an important basis for the development and utilization of water resources

the control of the total amount of pollution and prevention of the pollution.To master water quality resources of the functional areas timely and objectively

and correspond situations of water pollutants into the river

are not only the need of management of the functional areas of water and supervision of sewage into the rivers

but also the need of development and protection of water resources.
