摘要

布料溜槽是无料钟式炉顶高炉中的一个重要部件

溜槽使用寿命长短直接影响炼铁产量。由于布料溜槽是磨损件

需要定期更换

检修作业时间的长短直接影响到高炉休风率

并影响高炉生铁产量。因此缩短更换时间

为高炉炼铁连续生产提供了必要的保证。

Abstract

Distributor chute is the important part of bell-less blast furnace top which directly affect the output.It needs periodic replacement whose time affect directly the downtime percentage of blast furnace and iron yield.The paper pointed out that shorten the change time is the important guarantee for continuous production of blast furnace.
