摘要

发展以低能耗、低污染、低排放为特征的低碳经济是江西在能源资源匮乏条件下经济发展的必然方向。本文介绍了江西发展低碳经济的重点和举措

对江西发展低碳经济的政策提了几点建议。

Abstract

Under the conditions of the shortage of energy resources

the development of low carbon economy

which with the characteristics of low power consumption

low pollution

low emission is the inevitable direction of the economic development in Jiangxi.The emphases and measures of developing low-carbon economy in Jiangxi were described in this paper

and some suggestions of the policy of developing low-carbon economy were advanced.
