农村水电

即小水电属清洁可再生能源

在节能减排中发挥着重要作用。介绍了江西小水电建设、经营、管理状况以及其在江西经济中的地位与作用。分析了发展小水电面临的主要困难和问题

提出了今后需努力方向与目标。

Abstract

Rural hydropower

namely the small hydropower is a clean and renewable energy

it plays an important role in energy saving and reducing emissions.The construction

operation and management status of small hydropower and its position and function in Jiangxi Province economy were introduced.Major difficulties and problems of developing small hydropower were analyzed

and the future direction and goals were proposed.
