摘要

文章在简要分析中性点接地方式选择的基本要求的基础上

阐述了小电流接地故障的基本特征及存在的问题

最后提出了保护方法并对保护方法进行了比较分析。

Abstract

This paper briefly introduced the basic levels on distribution neutral network ground point.then analyzing the basic characters and practical problems of the breakdown on low-current ground point

finally providing the protection method and analysis to the protection method.
