摘要

电厂装卸煤设备即装卸煤的龙抓或桥抓设备一直沿用按钮控制起停、主令开关设置速度段

这种控制方式导致电机容易发热或烧毁

机械部件损坏

检修维护工作量特别大

一直困惑着各电厂的使用部门。文章结合江西南昌发电厂实施变频改造后取得良好效果来阐述变频技术在装卸桥上的应用。

Abstract

The coal handling equipments in power plant always used single-button to control start and speed of motor which caused the motor heating

mechanical parts damage and more repair and maintenance amount.The paper elaborated the good effect of frequency conversion technology which applying in loading bridge of Nanchang Power Plant.
