摘要

就15MnNbR之间的埋弧自动焊焊接工艺进行介绍

对焊接接头的力学性能进行了试验

并对性能试验结果作了简单的讨论。根据试验结果认为15MnNbR钢板选用合适的焊接材料

采用埋弧自动焊可获得各项性能合格的焊接接头

满足产品的技术条件的各项要求。

Abstract

This article introduced the automatic submerged arc welding procedure of 15MnNbR and provided the discussion conclusion about the performance test between the welded joint.According to the test result

we found that the automatic submerged arc welding is the best method to weld the 15MnNbR steel plate with the suitable welding material and to satisfy the demands for technology condition of the product.
