摘要

大力发展农村小水电

可以解决农民的燃料和农村能源问题

减少森林砍伐

促进退耕还林

天然林保护

改善生态环境

是实施可持续发展战略的组成部分。对宜黄县的水电开发现状及其对环境的影响问题进行了分析

并对农村小水电站环境影响评价各个阶段中应该注意的几个问题进行了探讨

针对当前在农村小水电站环评中的缺失提出了自己的建议。

Abstract

Developing rural small hydropower can solve the problem of rural fuel and energy

decreasing deforestation

promoting returning farmland to forest

protecting natural forest

improving ecological environment

which is the important for sustainable development.This paper analyzed the development status and impact on environment of Yihuang hydropower

discussing a few problems to which should be pay attention during every stage of environmental impact assessment on small hydropower

given suggestion about the faults of it.
