摘要

本文描述了网络技术在新钢3 800 mm厚板轧机工程热矫直机基础自动化系统中的应用

热矫直机和主轧机、ACC加速冷却系统以及冷床之间的生产联系通过以太网通讯

矫直机和其本身的矫直压下量的工艺控制系统（TCS）则同过ProfibusDP网来通讯。

Abstract

The Paper describes the network technology apply to the hot leveler basic automation system of XINYU 3800mm heavy plate automation system.The hot leveler

primary mill

the accelerative cooling system and cooling bed system communicate with Ethernet network

The hot leveler and itself technology control system communicate with Profibus.
