Abstract

As an important field of deep integration of transportation and energy

accurate condition assessment of electrical equipment and the formulation of reasonable maintenance plans are crucial for the reliable operation of expressway microgrids. Firstly

comprehensively considering the influence of weather and maintenance effect on the equipment failure rate

we incorporate dual dynamic adjustment factors to establish a proportional failure model for the equipment. Then

using the equipment time-varying failure rate in conjunction with Monte Carlo method

we determine the maintenance threshold for each equipment. Based on this threshold

we set an opportunity maintenance interval to identify the equipment in the concentrated area that can undergo opportunity maintenance. Secondly

combined with the deterioration of the equipment and the maintenance cost

we determine the maintenance method for the equipment based on a cost-effectiveness ratio. Then

we further develop a genetic algorithm optimization model

integrating sudden fault into the maintenance plan

to formulate the most economical maintenance plan that can be dynamically adjusted for all equipment throughout the year. Finally

the analysis of the example shows that the proposed method can effectively enhance the operational efficiency of the electrical equipment in highway microgrid and can reasonably use the maintenance resources to achieve economic optimization.
