摘要

介绍渭河发电有限公司二期2×300MW机组自动发电控制(AGC)功能的设计、调试以及投运情况。对投运中出现的问题提出相应的改进措施:(1)在DCS和远程终端控制系统(RTU)之间加装24VDC信号隔离器;(2)由RTU提供的24V电源改为由TPSDCS提供;(3)在数字式电液控制系统(DEH)中增加在投入DEH遥控前暂时屏蔽速率限制;(4)不同负荷段采用变参数控制;(5)采用抗积分饱和技术;(6)采用前馈控制技术。

Abstract

The design debugging

and trial operation of auromatic generation control (AGC) function for 2×300 MW units in second-phase project of Weihe Power Generation Co Ltd have been presented

and corresponding improvement mesures for solving problems appeared in trial operation being put forward as follows:(1)additionally installing 24VDC signal isolator between DCS and RTU;(2)the 24V power supply provided from RTU being changed from TPS instead;(3)adding a function in DEN to make the function of "velocity limiter"being temporarily shielded before the DCS to remote control DEN;(4)adopting varying parameter control in different load sections;(5)adopting anti-saturation technology in integration;(6)adopting feed-forward control technology etc..
