摘要

蓝天热电有限公司循环流化床(CFB)锅炉存在热效率低、飞灰可燃物高等问题

通过调整锅炉的料层压差

改善一、二次风的配比

使锅炉的床温提高

燃烧条件得到改善。调整后

飞灰可燃物稳定在13%~15%

锅炉效率接近80%。

Abstract

The problems

such as low thermal efficiency

high unburned combustibles in fly ash

etc.exist in CFB boilers of Lantian Thermal Power Co Ltd.For these

through adjusting the pressure difference of material layer

improving the matching ratio between primary air and secondary air

making the bed temperature in boiler to be enhanced

and the combustion condition to be improved.Finally

the unburned combustible content in fly ash is stabilized in a range of 13%~25%

the boiler efficiency being near to 80%.
