The mechanism of generation and decomposition concerning N2O emission from fluidized bed combustion of oil shale has been analysed. In order to verify the process of generation and decomposition of N2O emission
as well as the main factors affecting the N2O emission
a test study on N2O emission characters of oil shale combustion has been carried out on a small-sized hot-state fluidized bed combustion test stand
the regularity concerning influence of excess air ratio
secondary air rate
circulation coefficient and bed temperature etc.upon the N2O emission has been studied respectively. The results show that the decrease of excess air ratio and secondary air rate
as well as the increase of circulation coefficient all can effectively reduce the N2O emission. In the event of bed temperature being about 850 ℃
the N2O emission is maximum
increasing or decreasing the bed temperature all can effectively control the N2O emission.
