The mathematic model of a waste heat power generation system with dual-pressure cement kiln has been established on the basis of energy balance and substance balance
and several nonlinear thermo-dynamic parameters of said generation system being optimized by using the genetic algorithm. The optimal allocation of every optimized thermodynamic parameter in the waste heat power generation system with a 5 000~5 500 t/d cement kiln in china as well as concrete value of each optimized parameter has compared with the designed ones. Results show that the power output calculated after optimization under condition of given parameters of waste gas from the cement kiln can reach(10.38) MW
being greatly enhanced than that calculated according to the designed parameters.
