Directing against problems encountered in the process of cold-state start-up of boiler and medium speed warm-up of the steam turbine for the first 300 MW CFB unit manufactured in China

such as the temperature of main reheated steam is unable to be risen

the main steam pressure being abnormally enhanced

superheat degree being lowered

and the effectiveness of steam turbine warm-up being unable to be ensured etc.

analysis has been carried out from two aspects

i.e.operation adjustment in initial period of boiler start-up

and operation control of the steam turbine

respectively

and corresponding solving methods being put forward.After implementation

good effectiveness of warm-up for steam turbine has been obtained.
