摘要

介绍了华能玉环电厂超超临界机组2号锅炉运行1年首次B级检修后

锅炉管道安全阀采用在线整定的工作原理及整定步骤

并对整定结果进行了分析。在整定过程中

在线整定仪的电源箱上应尽量避免大功率机工具的使用以及多次调整螺母等。结合整定过程中碰到的问题

提出了解决方法。

Abstract

The working principle and steps of on-line setting for safety valves installed on pipeline of boiler no.2 for ultra-supercritical unit in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant after one year operation and at the end of first B-level repair have presented

and the result of setting being analysed.In the process of setting

utilization of high power machine and tools from power-supplying box of the on-line setting instruments should be avoided as possible

and many times of bolt adjustment should also be avoided.Combining with problems encountered in the setting process

the method of solutions has been put forward.
