摘要

结合华能集团10家电厂的主变高压侧断路器失灵保护配置情况及断路器失灵事故的案例分析断路器脱杆事故的原因

提出电厂主变高压侧断路器的失灵保护应合理选择失灵保护配置

完全按照继电保护技术规程要求不配置闭锁元件。发变侧断路器失灵保护应选负序或零序电流判据

具有更高的灵敏度。

Abstract

Combining situation of malfunction protecting configuration for circuit breakers on high-voltage side of the main transformers in 10 power plants under Huadian Group with accident cases of circuit breaker's malfunction

the causes leading to tripping bar accident have been analysed

and the reasonable selection of malfunction protecting configuration for circuit breakers on the high-voltage side of main transformers in power plants being put forward.It should be fully according to the requirements of technical code for relay protection

no lockout device being configurated.The malfunction protecting configuration of circuit breakers on side of generator's transformer should select negative sequence or zero sequence current as the criterion

so as have more higher sensitivity.
