摘要

分析钢球磨煤机长期使用后

大齿轮单边磨损严重

齿轮啮合恶化

传动部振动增大的问题

对其实施大齿轮反转技术改进

使大齿轮和小齿轮非工作面变为工作面

齿轮啮合情况趋好

乙侧小齿轮受力方向改变

传动平稳。反转技术的应用较大地延长了大齿轮使用寿命。

Abstract

The problem existing on ball mills after long-term operation

i.e.severe abrasion on single side of the large gear wheel

making the engagement between gear wheels to be worsened

and the vibration of driving parts to be increased

has been analysed.After implementation of retrofitting the large gear wheel by adopting the reverse rotation technology

the non-working surface on large and small gear wheels has turned into working surface

the engagement between gear wheels being perfected

stressed direction of small gear wheel at B side has been changed

the transmission being stable.The application of reverse rotation technology has greatly prolonged the service life of said large gear wheel.
