针对多起汽轮机主油泵齿式联轴器(简称为主油泵联轴器)频繁磨损

导致频繁检修甚至事故停机的问题进行了分析。从汽轮机组对主油泵联轴器性能的要求

分析主油泵联轴器的运动规律查明联轴器频繁损坏的原因

提出了主油泵联轴器故障的处理方案和预防措施

同时对使用该型主油泵联轴器的机组的检修维护提出了建议。

Directing against the problem of frequent wornout on tooth-type coupling of the main oil pumps

which resulted in frequent repairs

and even in emergency shutdown of units

the causes have been analysed.Starting with the moving pattern of tooth-type couplings

the requirement of turbine unit for characters of the said couping has been studied

and eliminating scheme and preventive measures for tooth-type coupling damage being put forward

so as to ensure safe operation of the main oil pumps

at the same time

some recommendations for repair and maintenance of units adopting tooth-type coupling for the main oil main oil pump being proposed.
