Directing against the problems existing in the coordinated control system of 2×600 MW units in first-phase project of Huaneng Tongchuan Power Plant

i.e.having time delay in main steam pressure control for boilers

being unable to satisfy the requirement of quality index for rapid load variation in the power grid

the optimization of said control system has been carried out.The dynamic state of load-preestimating signal is added into the circuit of boiler steam pressure control of the original coordinated control system

and acting as a feed-forward signal of direct energy balance

and thereby to enhance the response speed of coordinated control system for units to the load variation.Test of automatic generation control(AGC) shows that the coordinated control system of units after optimization has strong load adaptability and fast response speed

the main operating parameters all are stable.
