The overtemperature phenomenon has occurred in dubugging of a W-shaped flame boiler burning anthracitic coal for supercritical 600 MW unit equipped in Datang Huayin Lengshuijiang Thermal Power-Generation Branch Company
it is believed from analysis that the main causes
are due to plenty of oxygen in operation under low load of boiler
the temperature in furnace being lower
the burning of regenerated oil being bad
making the combustible substances containing puverized coal haven't fully burnt away in the furnace and accumulated on low-temperatuer superheater in the tail section of boiler
resulting in slight secondary combustion. For this
through adoptation of some measures
such as improving the burning of regenerated oil
enhancing temperature in the furnace
increasing air flow above the arch
lowering the centre of flame etc.
the tube-wall temperature of low-temperature superheater while burning inferior quality anthracitic coal from Jinzhushan can be controlled within 460 ℃
the problem of tube-wall overtemperature on lowtemperature superheater has been effectively resolved. These measures have practical guiding significance for design and operation of W-shaped flame boilers equipped for supercritical 600 MW untis burning anthracitic coal.
