摘要
某电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界机组锅炉引风机和脱硫系统增压风机均为2台静叶调节轴流式风机
运行电耗偏高
为降低厂用电率
拟将脱硫增压风机与引风机合并。对此
提出用1锥形管段代替脱硫增压风机本体主要部件
并对引风机进行增速增容改造的方案。该方案实施后
机组满负荷运行可使厂用电率下降0.237%
节电效果显著。
Abstract
The induced draft fans and flue gs desulphurization(FGD) booster fans for 2×1 000 MW ultrasupercritical units in one power plant
all are two axial-flow fans with adjustment of the stationary blades
having high power consumption in operation.In order to reduce the service power consumption rate
it is intended to retrofit the FGD booster fans with the induced draft fans together.For this
a retrofit scheme of using a tapered tube section to replace the main component of FGD booster fan proper
and retrofitting the induced draft fans to increase their speed and capacity
has been put forward.After implementation of said scheme
the service power consumption rate reduced 0.237% in full load operation of the untis
