摘要

利用振动速度谱对湄洲湾火电厂1号机组的空气预热器(空预器)电动机异常情况进行了振动数据采集分析。结果表明

该轴承深沟球轴承内环和保持架严重损坏。利用振动速度谱法可发现设备早期故障信息

为预知性检修提供科学的数据依据。

Abstract

By using the vibration velocity spectrum

the abnormal vibration data of air-preheater's motor of unit no.1 in Meizhouwan Thermal Power Plant have been collected and analysed

result shows that the inner ring and the supporting frame of the deep-groove ball bearing have been severely damaged.The early failure information of equipments can be found by using the vibration velocity spectroscopic method

providing scientific data basis for repair known in advance.
